A Medley property does not get a condo method. The inspection starts in the yard.
Drone cleaning is the default on tanks, high warehouse faces, and equipment a person should not climb. FAA-regulated operators, deionized water, up to about 20 stories, no scaffolding.
Soft washing is for a painted office front at the street, when there is one.
Pressure cleaning is for the apron, the dock, and the concrete in the yard.
Water-fed poles cover low glass and any face that is too tight to fly.
Indoor office cleaning is arranged through a certified partner when the exterior job should include the inside. Contact us.
